The “Introductory call” is simply an opportunity to start examining your potential, what might be slowing you down and how coaching might be able help you reach your goals.

Coaching isn’t for everyone and it may not be right at this time for you, in which case we can recommend the appropriate help, whether it is training, mentoring, counseling or something else.

But, if all goes well, we’ll schedule a second meeting where we’ll use the Success Code Principles to take a more in depth look into your strengths, challenges, and annual goals.
